Get Your Daily Dose Of Fish Oil

Omega 3 Good For You, But How To Get It?

What if you were told that you could prevent heart disease by eating ice cream or pudding or yogurt?

Sounds fishy, you say?

You've been hearing for years now that fish oil is good for you, and to get those Omega 3 fatty acids found in either fatty fish, or in supplements.

Those acids can dramatically lower your risk of heart disease, lower your blood pressure, help with diabetes, asthma, depression, and the list goes on and on.

Sure, you say, but I don't like fish. And the supplements give me embarrassing "fishy" burps.

No problem, because now you can get all the Omega 3s you need out of little individual packets that taste like a yummy dessert.

Coromega has the consistency of pudding, and comes in fruit flavors.

But the good taste hides the fact that each little packet contains 650 milligrams of heart-smart Omega 3s.

Despite all the health benefits of Omega 3s, most Americans don't get any in their regular diets. Eating fish is still the best way. But if you're not a big fish fan, it's handy to know that just six packets of coromega a week gives you same amount of those fatty acids you need as what's recommended from two servings of salmon.

You can mix coromega with fat-free ice cream, low-fat vanilla yogurt, even chocolate pudding.

Coromega even costs about the same as salmon. Individual packets are only about 40 to 65 cents.
